In short

This website uses no tracking, no analytics tools and loads no content from third-party servers. There are no forms. A cookie is only set if you switch the language yourself (see below).

Language setting

If you click DE or EN at the top, the website remembers your choice in a cookie (lang, only “de” or “en”, valid for one year). It is needed for this function (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG) and contains no personal data.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.

When you access the pages, the server stores technically necessary information in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer, and browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). STRATO deletes the log files automatically after a short time and does not combine them with other data.

Contact by email or phone

If you write to me or call me, I use your details only to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). I delete them when they are no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). An informal email to info@jps-motion.com is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.
